Terms of service
Last updated 14 October 2026
These terms apply when you use AccountRadar (accountradar.app), run by AccountRadar from South Africa. By creating an account you agree to them. How we handle personal information is in our privacy notice.
1. The service
AccountRadar helps firms that sell to other businesses win clients. It finds companies that fit what you sell, researches them, drafts emails and follow-ups, sends them from your own mailbox at the level of automation you choose, reads the replies and hands the conversations to you.
2. Who can use it
AccountRadar is for businesses. Whoever creates the account must be allowed to act for the business, and is responsible for the people they invite into it.
3. Your outreach
- You decide who your campaigns contact and what they offer. The emails go from your mailbox and in your name.
- You must follow the email and data-protection laws that apply to you and to the people you contact, for example GDPR and PECR in the UK, the ePrivacy rules in the EU and Ireland, and POPIA in South Africa.
- Use it to contact businesses about relevant services only, never consumers.
- Make only true claims about your business. The service writes about your offer only from what you give it and what your own website shows.
- Opt-outs are honoured automatically: a company that says no is never contacted again by your account. Do not try to get around this.
4. AI-written emails
Emails, answers and research are prepared with AI and can contain mistakes. You choose whether each email waits for your approval or goes out on its own, and you are responsible for what is sent from your account.
5. Plans, free start and payment
- You can start free, with a small number of companies researched for you.
- Paid plans and what each one includes are shown on our pricing section. A plan renews monthly from the day you first paid.
- Payments are taken by Dodo Payments (merchant of record) or Paystack, on their own terms. Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on where you are.
6. Your data
What you add (your contacts, notes, research and settings) stays yours, and you can ask for a copy or for it to be deleted. Companies and facts from open data and public sources form a shared company pool that the service uses for all customers.
7. Fair use
Do not use AccountRadar to:
- send spam, or contact consumers, or anyone who has asked not to be contacted;
- send anything unlawful, misleading or harmful;
- test, overload, copy or break into the service or other customers' accounts;
- resell the service without our written agreement.
We may pause or close an account that does, for example after repeated spam complaints.
8. No promise of results
We work to find the right companies and write good emails, but we cannot promise replies, meetings or sales. Results depend on your offer, your market and the people you contact.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service running and improving, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change features; if a change takes away something important to you, you can stop using the service.
10. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Ending
You can stop using AccountRadar at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
12. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Questions: support@accountradar.app.
